KNOW HOW IT WORKS ?
When mains power is present the processor in UPS continuously monitors it's voltage. If mains voltage is below 160v. then UPS will disconnect main supply & UPS will start within 10m sec. If mains voltage is within the range (165-275v) the AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) will try to maintain output voltage between 200v-250v.

| INDICATIONCHECK UP |
|
MAINS PRESENT BUT NO POWER AT OUTPUT
|
| Green LED of mains is off |
Check the input switch on wall gang box, it must be on position. Check the input fuse on backside.
|
| Green LED of mains on |
Check the ALERT switch, it must be in Alert position.
|
|
MAINS FAIL BUT NO POWER AT OUTPUT
|
| Red LED of the Inverter is off |
Check the position of ALERT LED on front panel. It must be ALERT position. |
| None of LED glows |
Check the connection of the battery & the link wires between two batteries. If they are corroded then clean them with hot water & make sure of tight contact. |
| Overload LED glows |
Reduce the load at output by switching off the switches of Computers/ Printers. |
| Battery low LED is on |
Press the reset switch. If battery low indicator is still on, check the connection of battery & link wires between two batteries. If they are corroded clean them with hot water, be sure that nut-bolts are tight. |
| MAIN PRESENT BUT CHARGING INDICATOR OFF |
Yellow LED (Charging indicator) does not glow after battery is used. |
Check the connection of battery & link wires.
